1. I Read all (below mentioned) Terms conditions and Rules regulation of our organization very
carefully. 2. Organization will not responsible for any consequences/ losses. Save these terms and conditions for your own references. 3. According to needs and information received from concerned organizations. We regularly update/ improve or change these Rules & Regulations/ Terms & Conditions, Fee structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus etc on regular basis. 4. Student must submit their complete qualification documents, Address Proofs, Identy proofs at the time of admission and documents motioned along with admission form 5. The admission fees, Monthly Fees, Examination Fees and other charges once paid are not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. 6. A student/ trainee can’t attend the training classroom before to submit the Admission, Monthly fees to Institute/ Organization. 7. If the students are absent and their course is not completed then the institute is not responsible for it and the course will not continue after the course duration is completed. 8. For Outstation Programs including Study Tour, the students are required to submit a permission letter from their Parents. Institution/organization will not responsible for any loss or damages. 9. Students shall be clean and decorous in dress, Language and behavior. 10. Every month students have to pay monthly fees before 10th of every month. If not pay the fees on time then Institute will charge late fees charges. a. On 11th of Every Month - 50/- b. On 12th of Every Month – 100/- After 12th of Every Month ALPS Fees account will be closed and you have to pay extra fine Rs.300/- with next month fees. 11. Candidate should have 90% attendance to appear in final examination & for certification. 12. Assessment number will be given after complete Assessments. 13. Students shall not invite or encourage outsiders to enter the center. 14. For Certificate and Mark Sheet your training period in class room, Behavior, Assessments, Projects, Discipline, Punctuality also count for the result. 15. There are only two leaves in a month ,If there is an emergency you can take more than two leaves otherwise a penalty will be imposed Rs. 10 per day. 16. The Institution Campus is a no Smoking/ Alcohol Free Zone. 17. This Being an Eco- Friendly Campus, Plastic or other trash should not be thrown inside the Institution or in the premises. 18. In case of any breakage or damage in institution property by any students then he/ she have to pay the amount for that property/ goods/ items. 19. If we found students are not serious for his/her training during the training time period Institute Will Cancelled his/her admission without any Reason and without any refund. 20. During any Disputes/objection/misunderstanding Organization decision are final. 21. If any student do/ act misbehave with teacher/ classmates/ batch mates than organization will take legal action upon/ against that student. And that students fully responsible for any legal charges. 22. All subjects matter to Kullu Jurisdiction only. 23. If student failed in final examination of his/her training, then Institution will give him/her three times chance to clear. 24. A student cannot left his/her training course in the mid of the training or before the completion of training program. If want to left/drop his or her training to pay charges/penalty for this act.
